The prices listed for our products on our website include all applicable VAT but exclude delivery charges. If the VAT rate changes between your order and dispatch date, we will adjust the VAT you pay unless payment has already been made in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We charge your payment method when your order is dispatched, and we will send a Dispatch Confirmation email. Ownership of the product passes to you once full payment is received. If payment is overdue, we reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily until the amount is paid in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless stated otherwise, SMTRD LTD is not the manufacturer of the products. While we strive for accuracy, product colours may vary slightly from their digital images and packaging may differ. Please read product labels and instructions before use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DELIVERY & PROCESSING POLICY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Order Processing Times Orders are processed on the same business day when received before 4pm GMT. Orders placed after this time or during weekends\/public holidays will be processed the next business day. Additional delays may occur during peak periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DELAY OR NON-PERFORMANCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If delivery is delayed due to events beyond our control, we will notify you and take steps to reduce the delay. We will not compensate for such delays. However, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel the order and request a refund for undelivered items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In cases of non-performance caused by external events, we will cancel the contract and refund any payments for undelivered products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of product delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Without it, we may not process your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We only refund standard delivery fees.
