Order Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You have the legal right to cancel your order if you change your mind. To do so, you must inform us no later than 14 days after receiving your order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your order has already been delivered, you must return the item(s) within 14 days<\/strong> of notifying us. Unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase, return shipping costs are your responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use a reliable delivery service and retain proof of postage. If we do not receive your returned product, or it arrives late without proof, we may not issue a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your order hasn\u2019t been dispatched yet and you cancel, we will process your refund promptly \u2014 within 14 days<\/strong> of your cancellation notice. If you are returning the product, your refund will be issued within 14 days<\/strong> of us receiving the item or valid proof of return. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. No admin fees are applied to refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note: If the product is returned in a condition that wouldn\u2019t be acceptable in a retail store \u2014 such as visibly used, missing packaging or tags, or with damaged components \u2014 we may reduce your refund to reflect the item\u2019s diminished value. In some cases, no refund may be issued. Our Customer Service team can advise you further if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our standard return window is 14 days<\/strong> from the date of delivery.
If a fault arises after this period, we will replace the product under warranty (terms apply).
During December<\/strong>, we offer an extended returns window from 1st to 31st<\/strong>, to accommodate holiday purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When contacting us, please describe the issue clearly and state whether you prefer a replacement or refund<\/strong>. If possible, attach a photo or short video highlighting the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once we confirm the fault or issue, we will issue a prepaid return label<\/strong> and ask you to return the defective or misdescribed product to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
